Can I bring someone with me?
Our salon is a private hair extension studio. We service clients who suffer from alopecia, and are undergoing
chemotherapy as well as clients who just want to extend their hair. To be fair and respectful to our clients
privacy we request that you come alone to your appointment.
Do you have private rooms available?
If you desire a private room when booking your appointment, please specify this to ensure it will be available.
Can I bring my own hair?
Of course! We work with our clients, if you have a supplier that you've been using we wouldn't want you to
switch. We also provide hair. During your consultation appointment you should bring your hair with you so we
can decide if the hair you are providing will work with the service that you choose.
I am traveling in from out of town, will I be able to have my hair done the same day as the consultation?
Absolutely! If you visit the our hair section and are able to decide on the color and texture of the hair you
desire, we will order it in advance and have it ready at the time of your consultation. If you are unsure about
the hair you need, at the time of the consultation we will help you decide and we will blend the hair the same
day. Please be advised: there may be a 2 hour wait time to make the hair you desire.
Can I relax or color my hair with the extensions in?
This depends on the method of extension you are having installed. For most extension methods you can relax
and/ or color your hair without removing the extensions. For a first time installation we ask that your hair is
freshly relaxed and/or colored before we install your hair.
How long does a lace front or full lace wig last?
This depends on whether you are maintaining your unit at home or in the salon. The wig itself last for about
6-8 months. The unit needs to be reapplied every 2-8 weeks depending on the attachment method you use.
After 6-8 months time the wig will need to have more hair added onto it do to wear and tear as well as
shedding.
My hair is natural can I still get extensions?
Yes. We offer extension methods for all types and textures of hair. During your consultation we will match your
texture to the hair we provide. Depending on your hair type certain methods may not be an option. We also
offer full coverage techniques where none of your hair is exposed and any texture you desire can be used.
Is a Brazilian better than the fusion?
In my opinion, no technique is better than the other. Some stylists use that as a selling point to make you
choose one option over another. It really depends on the condition and health of your hair, how long you plan
to wear it, and the styles you plan to wear it in. A Brazilian utilizes a braiding and knotting technique and a
fusion uses a thermal bonding technique.
Can I wash my hair myself or can I go to my regular stylist?
Regular washing and chemical services can be done by your stylist. Please be sure that they are well versed
in maintaining the specific hair technique you are getting done. We offer maintenance services as well to
keep your hair in tip top shape
What type of hair do you use?
Every client has a different preference for hair. Some clients request synthetic hair, some human hair, some a
blend of both, some request remy hair that has the cuticle intact. This all depends on first: which matches your
hair and second whether you want reuseable hair and lastly the budget you'd like to stay in.
Is it detectable?
Nothing is undetectable unless it is growing from your scalp, and is your real hair. The hair has to be attached
to your hair in some manner, and where the hair is attached there will be some detection. It may undetectable
to the naked eye, or virtually undetectable to the touch. This depends on the method you'd like to have done
on your hair.
Can I swim with it?
This depends on the extension technique you choose. With temporary extensions e do not suggest
swimming. For permanent and semi permanent extensions you can swim and work out with them.
Will your extensions damage my hair?
All extensions require maintenance. If proper maintenance is followed the integrity of your hair will be
preserved. Once you book your appointment you will receive an instruction manual for your specific extension
method. It will give you detailed instructions on how to care for your extensions as well as what products to
use and how often you need to visit us for a tightening.
How much does it cost?
You can have a fusion done for 275.00 -600.00 on average. Our prices range from 100.00 to 600.00. A
600.00 technique would of course include the hair. It really depends on the hair you'd like to hair included with
the system. The hair is what determines the cost, depending on how many ounces you require and how small
your attachments are etc. To give you an accurate price, you will have to meet wit the stylist, discuss your
styling concerns and hair needed to complete the style.

Our techniques last anywhere from 4 weeks to a year. All techniques require tightening and maintenance. As
your hair grows the system will need to be adjusted. If you have a system where the hair is reuseable it will last
upto a year.
