We will accept exchanges within 3 business days upon receipt, only if LoveLeeHair is fully at fault for the dislike of the product(s). Example: If an order is placed for a specific item and we mistakenly ship the wrong item, LoveLeeHair will exchange at no additional cost for item(s) of equal value. However, we will NOT allow an exchange if item shows any signs of being worn or damaged. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!
Extensions cannot be combed, cut, tags removed, unraveled, brushed out, or processed with color in anyway. If LoveLeeHair decides to accept return, we will notify you by email. The customer will be held responsible for returned shipping. Shipping must have a tracking number assigned that must be emailed to us for your return process. We require a tracking number for returns to protect both our customer and business. If for any reason the tracking number is not applied with returning item and item goes missing, LoveLeeHairwill NOT be held responsible.
Please allow 3-5 days for processing returns. We honor ourselves on customer service and will do our best to rectify each complaint/issue. We ask that all customers are confident in their orders prior to making purchase.
All terms of payments are always 100% upfront. Once online item(s) are purchased your credit/debit card will be charged. We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. ANY fraudulent purchase will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of law.
LoveLeeHair operates 7 days a week for online shipping. We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. Please be sure to cross check your address information before placing an order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses are a major cause to shipping delays. If shipment is returned to our business due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
